Very friendly staff, spacious rooms
1 uncomfortable bed (mattress out of order), a little noisy at the beginning of the night (above the pub)

Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that suited my needs perfectly. the room I had was spacious enough for my three young kids. Picked this place because of its amazing location right next to nightclub 139 - can't beat that convenience! 🌟

The bed was super cozy and the location was great, just a short walk to a beautiful canal that I really enjoyed. It's also not far from the city center 🏞️.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.
The windows and carpets were filthy. The noise from the pub was terrible, especially since the windows needed to be open to cool the room. Smokers were just below on the sidewalk, and so we had their smoke wafting in through our windows. I hate to speak harshly about this hotel because the entire staff was very nice and accommodating. We had been told by others to stay near Temple Bar-ONLY stay in this area if you are a college kid!

The two-bedroom apartment was a bit musty smelling, I think the problem was a couple of old rollaway beds sitting in the hallway. Also the apartment is a good 10-15 minute walk away from the actual hotel- something to consider. It's in Rathmines.

There is a nightclub in the basement and it was so loud we were not able to sleep at all. If you say here make sure you are not on the 1st floor.
